The board's major responsibilities shall include the maintenance and security of all church properties, keeping records of the Church's inventory, providing financial assistance to the Pastor on behalf of the business of the church, and overseeing and/or assisting with the ways and means of raising necessary funds for the support of the church and benevolence.
